According to IRNA; A friendly match between the national boxing teams of Iran and India was held on Monday evening in Shahid Hemet hall.
The Indian national boxing team, which is spending 10 days in Iran in order to organize a joint camp, competed with the boxers of our country in a friendly match. India is considered one of the boxing powers of Asia, and in this match, which was held in 12 weights, it was enough to draw 6-6 against our country’s team. The Indian national team will leave Iran tomorrow night.
With the announcement of Alireza Staki, the head coach of the national team, a selection competition will be held in order to determine who will be sent to the Asian Championship in October.
