In an interview with IRNA on Thursday, Ramazan Hafezi said: “This fund has given 600 loans to entrepreneurs in the first six months of this year, which was 137 loans in the same period last year.”

The head of the Omid Entrepreneurship Fund of North Khorasan said: “This fund created small businesses this year by paying 34 loans in the form of rural and nomadic employment projects, and also 307 loans amounting to 27 billion and 259 million rials for deposits and Necessary to pay entrepreneurs.

He said: “By implementing small businesses, more employment can be created, and the province has a high capability and capacity in this field.”

He added: “One of the important measures of Omid Entrepreneurship Fund, which is different from banks, is to facilitate the acceptance of guarantors for granting facilities, so that according to the ability of the borrower, subsidies and real estate are also accepted as guarantors.”

Hafizi referred to the projects of this fund and said: “One of the most important projects of this institution is the local micro-funds of rural and nomadic women, during which all women who are producing products in the village can use up to 500 million rials using Have a promissory note as a guarantor of these facilities.

The head of the Omid Entrepreneurship Fund stated that the profit of these facilities is less than 4% and pointed out that some banks are strict in granting facilities and accepting guarantors, noting that villagers, nomads and entrepreneurs are more loyal in paying installments. He mentioned the design of a village as a product as another project of the fund, which has been implemented for at least one village in each city.

He considered the villages of Mollah Hassan and Espakho in Maneh and Samolghan, Sarmaran and Sarcheshmeh Esfarayen, Glian Shirvan, Firoozeh and Qasr Qajar in Bojnourd and Dovidokh Raz and Jorglan as among the villages in which this project has been implemented.

Hafizi also referred to the implementation of the Unemployed Village Plan and said: “This plan has also been implemented in a village in each city, which has led to good success.”

He said: “Currently, job opportunities for young people, especially in rural areas, are well provided and good facilities are created to create employment.”

North Khorasan has a population of 863,000 people, 44% of whom are rural, and most of the province’s employment is in agriculture.
