According to Mehr reporter, the freestyle wrestling world cup competitions will be held in America on 19th and 20th of December, while the national wrestling team’s camp to participate in these competitions has started on 30th of November at the national wrestling team camp.
The noteworthy point at this stage of the national team’s training is the impressive and numerous presence of freestyle wrestlers and coaches among the travelers sent to the World Cup, so that out of 24 freestyle wrestlers invited to the national wrestling team camp, 16 freestyle wrestlers are from Mazandaran province.
In this way, Reza Momeni in 57 kg, Ebrahim Elahi in 61 kg, Mohammad Reza Bagheri, Abbas Ebrahimzadeh and Rahman Amozad in 65 kg, Amir Mohammadizdani, Ali Akbar Fazli and Mohammad Bakshi in 70 kg, Mohammad Sadegh Firozpour in 74 kg, Mohammad Nakhudi and Ali Sawadkohi at 79 kg, Reza Soleimian at 86 kg, Kamran Ghassimpour, Amir Hossein Firozpour and Irfan Alizadeh at 92 kg and Amirreza Sahrai at 125 kg indicated that they are among the national team campers for the American World Cup.
Of course, Mazandaran province has two coaches in the technical staff of the team sent to the World Cup, during which Behnam Ehsanpour and Abazar Eslami are supposed to be sent to America along with other coaches.
