According to IRNA, the first match of our national basketball team in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics was held this morning (Sunday) at 5:30 against the Czech Republic, and at the end, the students of “Mehran Shahin Taba” played their first game in the result with 84-78. They gave up the competition.
Iran started the game well at the beginning, but in the first quarter, it was the Czech who won the game and won the first quarter with a score of 25 to 19.
In the second quarter, the Iranian team worked weakly in attack and worse in defense than in attack, so that the game ended 46: 30 in favor of the Czech Republic at the end of the first half.
The Iranian national basketball team continued its train overs in the third quarter so that it could not reduce the difference in points with the check to a lower number. On the other hand, the good performance of the Czech Republic team led the team to a 67-47 victory in three quarters.
