The interest on bank deposits of investment funds is not taxed

According to Tejarat News, quoting stamp Reza Nohi Hafizabadi, Director of Supervision of Financial Institutions of the Exchange Organization, announced: Due to the ambiguities regarding the tax effects resulting from paragraph (r) of Note 6 of the 1401 budget article on investment funds, the Exchange Organization followed the explicit comment of the Tax Affairs Organization. According to the Tax Administration, interest on bank deposits of investment funds will not be taxed.
