Iran, which started the world championship competition with a victory against Chile, hopes to have a remarkable performance in the match against Montenegro, while the match between Spain and Chile will also be highly regarded.

Veslin Vojovic, the head coach of the Iranian national team, will be in the spotlight in the match against Montenegro, because this former player of the Montenegrin national team has to face the national team of his country.

Iran made history as the representative of Asia in the 28th edition of the World Championship and won its first match with a score of 25-24 against Chile. This was Iran’s first victory in the preliminary stage of this competition, which gave them (the Iranian national team) a good chance to advance to the main round of the competition.

“It was a very difficult game from the start. I have no explanation for how we beat Chile, but our goalkeeper was incredible,” Veslin Vojovic said after the match against Chile.
