The letter of the Tax Department to the Football Federation to pay the “32 billion tax” of Wilmots/another untrue word from the Taj Federation

According to the sports reporter of Tasnim news agency, the blows that the contract with Mark Wilmots inflicted on the football body are coming one after the other like dominoes, and now the football federation has to pay 32 billion tomans for the tax of this contract.

After the decision of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and the conviction of the Iranian Federation to pay 3 million and 325 thousand euros along with 5% annual interest to Wilmots, now it has been reported that a letter from the tax department has been sent to the football federation that it should pay 32 billion tomans for Wilmots’ contract. Pay taxes. According to Mehdi Taj’s contract with Mark Wilmots, the tax is the responsibility of the football federation.

It is interesting to note here that on December 22, 2018, the public relations of the football federation issued a “notice about how to pay Wilmots’ salary” and emphasized that “in the contract concluded and unlike the previous similar contract, the federation does not pay taxes”, which, of course, after the publication of the contract, it became clear that this is not the case. . In fact, paying taxes is the responsibility of the federation, but this federation made an unreal statement about this during the time of Taj.

Regardless of the technical and social consequences of this contract, the football federation paid 25 billion tomans to Shasta for borrowing two million euros from the social security investment company (Shasta), when a lawsuit was filed due to the non-return of this amount, according to the then treasurer of the football federation. did This amount was paid when the court issued its decision for the auction of the registered property of the federation, and of course, the mentioned amount was borrowed less than 2 million euros, calculated on the day. For this reason, Shasta, despite the deposit of 25 billion to his account, confiscated the building of the Football Federation and two dongs from the building of the Persepolis club in order to recover the loan he gave to the Football Federation for paying Mark Wilmots.
