According to monetary financial news, Mohammad Sheikh Hosseini, head of the Cooperative Development Bank, in a meeting with the executive units and headquarters of the bank, said that the main strategy of the bank is to strengthen the capacity of branches and added: The capability of the branches is important.
He considered the role of branch heads and deputies in providing a suitable space for providing services important and said: “If a suitable and desirable space is provided in branches and banking units, the conditions for providing optimal services to customers and as a result the organization’s excellence will be provided.”
The head of the Cooperative Development Bank said: “Organizational culture is spread from top to bottom, so the heads and deputies of the branches are expected to be honest and compassionate for their subordinates, a positive moral and professional model.”
Sheikh Hosseini pointed out: having a spirit of empathy, positivity and friendship along with calmness has a positive effect on the optimal performance of colleagues.
The head of the Cooperative Development Bank said: the stage of identifying the demands and needs of customers from the executive units and queues is done and also the knowledge of how to provide competitive services in other banks is achieved more by the branch partners.
He added: “Policies and processes in various areas of banking services and the situation of staff are effective, which, as a rule, with the benefit of the views of branch partners, it is possible to review and strengthen policies.”
The head of the Cooperative Development Bank also visited some departments of the Deputy Minister of Finance and Support and the Deputy Minister of Planning and Information Technology, International Affairs, the General Directorate of Public Relations and the General Directorate of Management and the Central Independent Branch.
