The narration of the head of the judicial system about the revelation of the nature of the recent cases

Referring to the nature of the recent cases, the head of the judicial system explained the articles of the Islamic Penal Code, specifically the articles 279 to 288 of this law regarding the crimes of “moharebeh”, “desecration of the land” and “desecration” and their examples and punishment and said : A person who holds a firearm or cold weapon and uses it to accompany the enemy or as an agent of the enemy, disturbs the security of the country and creates fear in a certain area and at the same time kills someone. A person can be retaliated against and other titles apply to it.
