“Organizing the production and promotion of businesses, creating new infrastructure and markets are among the most important goals of the country’s deputy for handicrafts,” he said.

“Issues such as the national registration of candidate cities for handicrafts and their introduction at the national and international levels, the quality improvement of handicraft products and technical and specialized issues in the field of handicrafts are the responsibility of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage,” Mahmoudian said.

He referred to the city of Sirjan as a world city of kilim and continued: “After the registration of Sirjan as a world city of kilim, special demands were announced in the area of ​​Sirjan, which has not been fulfilled yet.”
