The oil industry in League One is full of financial benefits / I ignored financial issues in the last season

Mizan News Agency – According to the club’s official website Abadan Oil Industry، Alireza Mansoorian Regarding his situation in the Abadan Oil Industry football team, he said: “My football situation and life in Abadan are very good, and my family says that they have been laughing since the day you went to this city.” I am slowly getting acquainted with the conditions of the city. I used to go to this city as an opponent of Abadan oil, but now I am part of this city. I have to thank all the places I was in when I was coaching.

He continued: I worked in three other cities except Abadan. I kiss the hands of each and every one of the people of Isfahan, Tabriz and Arak. The settlements excel in hospitality. They constantly want to take you to the shop to have coffee or invite you. I had the same feeling in Abadan today as in other cities, but the people of Abadan are really hospitable and get along very well with people very soon. According to Ebrahim Ghasempour, with whom I consulted to go to the oil industry, there are settlements and they have the last word first.

The head coach of the Abadan Oil Industry football team stated: “Praise be to God, our conditions are good and we enjoy being in this city.” We know that the oil industry, despite its prestige and personality, is without financial resources these days, but it is very good in terms of hardware such as Arak, Isfahan and Tabriz, but this team must be helped. I told Ali Firoozi (head of the oil industry team) that in Tehran we are like a fisherman who has to catch fish one by one. We have to find the stars as coaches of different teams, but in Abadan you can throw a basket in the pool and suddenly find 50 stars.

Mansoorian added: Our training time for the main team of the oil industry is not more than 90 minutes. We have to come an hour earlier and leave an hour later. Training time for my staff takes between three and four hours, but there are so many good youngsters that I’m embarrassed and do not want to leave them without training. Once before the start of the main team training, we train with the Omid team, and once after this training with the new players.

He continued: I would like to give a message to Abadan football that after our camp, we have four calls for the provinces of Khuzestan, Bushehr, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari and Lorestan. Large and small lors can participate in it. I have heard that Arvand and Khorramshahr also have good players. This call is also free and we did not have a call during the coaching course that would cost money. The pitch, the ball and the facilities are ours and each player has a chance to test four 45 minutes. We want to change the status of the academy and identify good stars for the country’s football.

The head coach of Abadan Oil Industry stated: In this short period of my presence in Abadan Oil, we identified 21 basic players. Various coaches in Khuzestan have also offered us players, and we will help these young people to play in the first and second league teams as much as we can, so that Abadan and Khuzestan will have a stronger team in the coming years. Years ago, they said one or two players, but here we can find between five and ten national stars for our country’s football. We will start this work and God willing, the other coaches will continue on the same path.

Mansoorian explained whether he will be the coach of hard days and moneylessness of the oil industry, considering his work experience in hard days: “I was instinctively trained in our country’s football. We have to stop to cross all the rough roads. A clear example of this is the eponymous oil industry in Abadan, Tehran Oil. In the second year of my presence in that club and about two months after we started training, when I had a very good team to win the league, one day Mansour Ghanbarzadeh, the general manager of the club, came to training and said, “I want to give you a piece of paper.” I thought it was a budget or a reward for the team, but he said it was my resignation because we have no money until the end of the season.

He added: “I was faced with a difficult choice. I loved the Tehran oil team very much and I worked hard for it. Out of that team came 20 players of the national team of hope and adults. I told Ghanbarzadeh to tear this paper, because I stand by everything. We needed to sell every player. Slowly, to revive the team, we sold 6-5 players like Nang, Santos and even Payam Sadeghian, whom we had attracted very hard. Thank God we were fourth or fifth in that season without money.

The head coach of Naft Abadan team stated: I have a record in coaching. Not only did I not receive any money that year, but 29 million tomans were mistakenly transferred to my account. The dollar was 2-3 thousand tomans at that time, but I lost about 250 million tomans from the whole contract. I brought money myself and we recently became a cohesive family. I know that something happens behind the selection of Abadan oil, but we have to fight against the moneyless atmosphere. Of course, we are not without money, but unfortunately I do not know what law they have put behind which there is neither logic nor discretion of the football community in the oil field. According to this law, they pay money to the professional team, but not to the team that is trying to win the championship.

Mansoorian said: “According to the law, if our team is in League One, it is full of financial resources, but if it is in the Premier League, it has no money.” I ask Oji, the Minister of Petroleum, who is one of the big oil companies, to repeal this law as soon as possible and, like other industrial sectors that have to spend part of their budget on sports, to move part of the budget away from professional thinking to team thinking. . It is a pity, because if there are to be 10 big football academies in Iran, we have to build five academies in Khuzestan in order to produce the best players.

He continued: “I was predicting hard days, and these days the situation of the CEO and members of the board of directors of the oil industry is not very good, because our camp fell behind and the team closed late, started its work late and got players late.” Our financial resources for holding the camp have not been provided yet. Apart from the financial source for the army, our players’ contracts for the previous season must be settled and they must receive 30 to 40% of the money for this season. I gave up a lot of coaching finances to get into the oil industry. Of course, they have a good financial contract with me, but I know that something might happen in this contract. I told the staff that this year we must develop the youth of football for our hearts.

The head coach of the oil industry added: “We may be criticized, we will lose, equal and lose in the league, but it is important to end the year with a firm smile on the lips of the fans.” I would like the people of Abadan to stir the second dose of Corona to fill our stadium. Yes, we are men of hard times and our hands are in the hands of settlements. Or we have said Ali and we are on his feet. Nothing falls from us. It is usually difficult to report on the training environment of tayammum, but I would like to report on the training of our oil industry and our youth every day so that the people of Abadan know that we are fighting for this golden yellow color with all our might.
