Based on this, the field of ice hockey, as a field that is present in the Asian Games and the Winter Olympics, is separated from the Skating Federation and in the form of “Ice Hockey Association” it joins the subset of the Federation of Skiing and Winter Sports.

Speed ​​ice skating, pursuit ice skating and figure skating (skating) will be separated from the skating federation and will be consolidated in the form of “Ice Skating Association” and will operate under the Ski and Winter Sports Federation.

Federation of Skiing and Winter Sports according to the approval letter No. 22403/T55102E dated 03/07/2019 of the Honorable Board of Ministers (paragraph 1) compiles the bylaws of each of the above two associations and after the approval of the Ministry and the approval of the General Assembly of the Federation will perform
