The platform is provided for the employment of trainees in Alborz industry

Yadollah Malmir on Saturday at the inauguration ceremony of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Business Skills Management of Alborz Province, while emphasizing the special importance of such measures in providing manpower for the production and industry sector, said: Sufficient companies are facing problems, the private sector is obliged to enter the scene to support businesses and create jobs and entrepreneurship.

He specified: the production sector in the country and the province in some specialized and skill fields is facing the challenge of lack of efficient manpower and the grounds for attracting students in fields related to the province’s industry are provided.

The Vice President of the Alborz Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, referring to the launch of a site to attract skilled workers in the province, said: Skilled students in industry-related fields can be employed in the province’s factories through this site.

Malmir described the close relationship and greater interaction of the Alborz General Directorate of Technical and Vocational Education with the province’s Chamber of Commerce as a platform for using the facilities of the private sector to create employment and provide the required manpower for industry, agriculture and services.

Referring to the readiness of the province’s craftsmen to help and accompany the skill training centers to provide the skilled and specialized manpower needed by the industry, he said: “Due to the lack of skilled manpower, in some cases we see the recruitment of unskilled and specialized workers in the province’s factories.”

Referring to the losses caused by attracting unskilled workers in Alborz factories in the process of gaining experience and skills, Malmir said: “We hope that with the cooperation of the private sector and the General Directorate of Technical and Vocational Education of Alborz, the problems due to lack of skilled and specialized industry” Reduce as little as possible.

He said that the main reason for the challenge of unemployed manpower in the province is due to the unwillingness of these forces to acquire technical and specialized skills and said: the factories of the province are always facing the problem of lack of skilled manpower.

The Vice President of the Alborz Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture mentioned the facilities of skill training in the province as very desirable and noteworthy.

He added: “If a large number of university graduates receive technical and vocational training and sometimes work, in addition to creating sustainable employment for them, these loved ones will also play a role in the dynamism of the province’s industry.”

The training ceremony was attended by the Director General of Technical and Vocational Education and the heads of trade unions of free technical and vocational schools in Alborz Province.

Alborz province with seven affiliated cities has eight government centers for skills training with 100 instructors and 450 free centers for technical and vocational education.
