According to the Mehr news agency, the Rafsanjan Copper Club today, Thursday, reacted to the claim of Javad Khiabani, an experienced sports reporter, about the club’s negotiations with Amir Ghaleh Noei for the next season.
“It is unbelievable that an experienced performer would spread such rumors,” the Copper Club said in a statement. This morning, Javad Khiabani, an experienced radio and television presenter on the Salam Sobh Bakhir program on Channel 3, claimed in a false and unbelievable statement that he had heard in a meeting that Amir Ghalehvani, the respected head coach of Golgohar Club, would be in charge of Rafsanjan next season! “A strange statement that was met with a reaction from Ali Alizadeh, technical assistant of the Rafsanjan Copper Industry Club.”
Alizadeh complained about Javad Khiabani’s wrong words and said: I really do not know what to say. I’m surprised by Mr. Khiabani as an experienced performer. Just a few days ago, we closed our plans for the next season with Mr. Rabiee and started our work for a strong presence in next season’s competitions. I think everyone in Iran now knows that we have another season with Mr. Rabiee. He has had an outstanding performance during his years in Copper and there is no reason why this successful collaboration should not continue. We kept him and from now on we are thinking of making better things happen for the copper team and the city of Rafsanjan.
“Now I do not know why a performer like Mr. Khiabani should come and say such a thing on the day when our team has an important game with the oil industry,” said the technical deputy of the Copper Club. It is interesting for me to know where Mr. Khiabani heard that Mr. Ghaleh Noei is going to come to the Copper Club. We have probably heard this on the streets because we at our club have been defining our task for the next season for a long time and we will not lose our successful coach in any way.
Alizadeh continued: “Mr. Ghalehvani has been my coach and is dear and respected to all of us. Also, the door of Rafsanjan Copper Club is open to great coaches like him, but we have a head coach and we are very satisfied with his cooperation.” In my opinion, even the Golgohar club itself will be complaining and upset about this strange statement, because a few days ago, the Sirjan media announced the extension of Mr. Ghalehnooi’s contract, and also in a situation where there are still three more critical games left until the end of this season. The head coach of this club has also made an unrealistic statement.
