The return of the basketball legionnaire to Iran
According to IRNA; Mohammad Hossein Jafari The former member of Iran’s junior and youth basketball teams, who went to America to continue his education and basketball, will return to Iran tomorrow, Wednesday.
In 2016, Jafari won the Asian championship with Iran’s youth team, and in 2017, he participated in the Under-19 World Cup in Egypt with the Iranian team.
In 2017, he first played for the Hillcrest team in American high schools, and in recent years, he also played with the New Mexico College team in the American university competition in the Continental League.
It should be seen whether the former Azad University basketball team player intends to continue his activities in Iranian basketball upon returning to Iran, or will he become a legionnaire again?
He is the son of Mohammad Mehdi Jafari, a veteran and former national karate player of Iran.
