The head of the World Kyokushin Karate Organization WKFB said on the sidelines of these competitions: These competitions will start from today in the Ahvaz Oil Town competition hall and will end by tomorrow, and we have seen a very good reception from participants from all over the country.
Mohammad Sarkohki said in an interview with IRNA: Participants from 30 provinces of the country, as well as 2 countries, Afghanistan and Iraq, are participating in these competitions.
He said: “The competitions have a high technical level and we see the judgment of the country’s leading judges.”
The head of the World Kyokushin Karate Organization WKFB continued: Kyokushin Karate style has many fans in Iran, including Khuzestan, that’s why we held the competition in Ahvaz.
He added: Khuzestan province had the most participants in the competition and it is expected to become the champion of this competition.
It should be noted that the top winners of these competitions, while receiving awards and exquisite prizes, get the permission to participate in prestigious world competitions.
