According to Tasnim news agency, the players of Esteghlal football team held a training session today (Wednesday) in the weight room of one of the sports halls.
* In this training session and after Farhad Majidi’s introductory speeches, the players started warming up and working fast and then working with weights in different stations under the supervision of the staff.
* Esteghlal goalkeepers underwent a separate training session today under the supervision of Behzad Gholampour at the Ararat Sports Complex.
* During training, Arsalan Motahhari picked up the club’s camera and began filming the training.
* At the end of training, the players played tennis.
According to Tasnim, Esteghlal team will play against Rafsanjan Copper next Saturday, within the framework of the fourteenth week of the Premier League, at 3:00 PM in Azadi Stadium.
