Parnian added: “According to the law, production units should be the last place to cut off electricity in case of shortage, but this issue is not observed in industrial towns at all.”

He pointed out that Tehran province has 50 industrial spots and 25,000 production units, and said: “Currently, there are 100,000 permanent jobs in these centers, and about 2 and a half indirect jobs have been created for each permanent job.”

The CEO of Tehran Industrial Towns reminded: If the problems of production units are not solved radically in the field of infrastructure, we may see a decrease in employment statistics in the future.

He said that producers pay 9% VAT to the government, adding: the income from these taxes is paid to municipalities and villages and no services are provided to industrial centers.

Parnian emphasized: If we want to see the increasing development of industrial estates in the country and Tehran province, one percent of the value added tax should be spent on industrial estates.

He said that the decision to establish industries within a radius of 120 km has prevented the establishment and development of many production units, adding: “This decision should be defined in the new government in order to develop the business environment, because today many production units seek Increase their production.

He went on to say that an importer is involved with three executive bodies, but a manufacturer with 25 units, said: “Today, to start a business, the manufacturer must wear iron shoes, which is in no way beneficial.” It is not the production of the country and the bureaucracies for obtaining licenses, receiving facilities and other components of production must be interpreted in order to solve the problems of the craftsmen.

In another part of his speech, the CEO of Tehran Industrial Towns described Shams Abad Industrial Town as a symbol of the country’s employment and added: “Currently, there are 45,000 direct jobs in this town.”

He reminded: considering that 80 to 90 thousand people travel to Shams Abad industrial town daily and one of the problems of manpower supply craftsmen should be to allocate a subway line to it.

Koosha Fan Pars Knowledge-Based Unit, producing 22 medical and dental products, Anisan Laboratory and Pharmaceutical Industries, producing various serological and quick-response medical kits, Aria Kopal Company, producing various Chinese and Archopal services, were among the production units that were visited. they got.

In this visit, which aims to identify the problems of women entrepreneurs and women workers, a group of women working in Shams Abad industrial town expressed their problems, including high working hours and low wages, lack of proper public transport infrastructure such as subways and buses. They paid for insurance problems, high living costs and more.
