Please tell us a little about your business?
Our work is facilitating and helping to grow small and medium businesses. We help startups and companies develop properly and quickly by providing the necessary infrastructure.
What made you think of this and what challenge is your business going to solve?
Although I studied mechanical engineering with a focus on solids design and was present in industrial spaces for many years, my experience in it dates back to the 70s, when I was programming with Quick Basic and designing with iArtist. During my student days, I was a technical manager and a sales manager of a reputable hardware brand for a while, but after graduation and until 1990, I worked in the industry, and besides that, I gave advice to individuals and companies to set up a factory or production line. And I always saw that large and industrial groups, despite their abilities, either do not have an effective presence in the web space or pay exorbitant fees for this issue, so I decided to work professionally on the development of IT-centered businesses. Tell us about your team building challenges?
One of the most attractive and of course the most difficult parts for any business is team building. Since 1995, when this idea came to my mind, until today, I have had the honor of knowing many people, some of them are now among the shareholders and managers of the company, some of them became our programmers and graphic artists, there were also people who came and left their mark and left. However, trial and error in recruiting and hiring, investing in talented but inexperienced human resources and paying the wages of professional personnel, and most importantly working understanding and having the same spirit and the same goals were the challenges of our team building.
How do you develop your marketing plan to compete with your competitors?
We are considering this program with very high quality services and maximum cooperation with startups, as well as with the launch of an effective public relations unit.
How did you meet Raymon?
At the beginning of the activity, we settled in a friend’s office for a while to form the initial core. We were in the growth center of one of the universities for a while; But after achieving stability, we needed to establish ourselves in a professional environment, so we checked several centers until we reached Raymon.
Tell us about the advantages and disadvantages of Raimon?
Peaceful and quiet environment, good and professional facilities, well-mannered officials are the advantages of Raymon Media. Of course, short-term contracts and rapid and continuous changes in tariffs, being far from the city center and not having a parking lot are among the disadvantages of the center.
I believe that everything has difficulty. Tell me about the difficulty of your field?
Recruiting a skilled workforce, providing stable financing, avoiding the seven challenges of administrative work, taxes and insurance, etc. are things that exist for most businesses. But working with startups that are growing every day and their needs change daily and they don’t have a lot of financial resources is our most difficult task.
Tell me a vivid memory of your business journey?
When I was invited to participate in the Iran Kala network’s entrepreneur program and introduce the collection, I felt that the many hardships we endured had finally paid off.
Advice for young people?
Success has no shortcuts, only effort, persistence and knowledge can lead to success.
