The head of the judiciary said: In the case of a judge who issues weak and illegal rulings on his part, and the decisions issued by him are often violated, and educational arrangements are not effective for him, there is a need to take disciplinary measures. Based on this, the disciplinary court of judges should calculate and take into account the matters related to the resumption of proceedings and the application of Article 477 regarding the judgments issued by the judges.
