
According to IRNA, the 32nd Fajr Cup International Taekwondo Championships in the men’s group was held yesterday, March 8, with the participation of 189 taekwondo fighters from Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, India, Iraq, Iran, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Oman, Pakistan and Tajikistan. The Emirate and the refugee team started in the Taekwondo House Hall, and ended this evening (Wednesday) with the victory of our national team.
The Iranian national team won the first title by winning seven gold, one silver and 935 points. Uzbekistan finished runner-up with one gold, silver and 192 points, while Azerbaijan finished third with two silver and 124 points. India also finished fourth with one bronze and 37 points.
The winners of this period of competitions were introduced as follows;
Best Coach: Fariborz Askari (Head Coach of Iran National Taekwondo Team)
The most technical taekwondo fighter: Arian Salimi (Iran)
Best Supervisor: Nyamdin Pashayev (Republic of Azerbaijan)
Best judges: Mohammad Qader (Egypt), Ahmad Khodaei and Ali Rahimi (Iran)

On the second day of the competition, today, Wednesday, the even weights were held, which resulted in the following results:
