According to the sports reporter of Tasnim news agency, Kaveh Rezaei, the striker of Tractor in the first half of the season, unilaterally canceled his contract with Tractor with the dream of joining Esteghlal. This incident was immediately met with protest by Tabrizi residents, and finally the status committee and then the appeal committee considered the termination of Kaveh Rezaei’s contract with Tractor illegal.
Based on this decision, Kaveh Rezaei could not play for another club in the second half of the season due to the termination of his contract with Tractor and practically stayed away from the field until the end of the season. The former player of the national team will probably face suspension and compensation in case of a complaint by Tractor, and for this reason, Tractors tried to negotiate and agree with this player at several times, but this did not happen, until last week, Tractor Club had to file a complaint against Kaveh Rezai.
Today (Saturday), Tractor Club paid the legal fees related to the complaint against Kaveh Rezaei, so that this case can be officially discussed in the status committee of the Football Federation.
On the other hand, Kaveh Rezaei has also filed a complaint against Esteghlal, Tractor Tabriz and the Football Federation to the CAS court.
