UN Secretary General: The war between Russia and Ukraine will continue

Tehran-IRNA- The Secretary General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, said on Monday (US time) that he is not “optimistic” about effective peace talks in Ukraine in the near future and believes that the war between Moscow and Kiev will continue.
