The federation is to blame for the performance of the referees
The head coach of the volleyball team, Mes Rafsanjan, said about the referees’ judgment in the Premier Volleyball League: We never had a problem with the referees, but I think the federation is a little to blame. After the league matches, the referees are left to their own devices and there are no games or tournaments for them to whistle. Referees are like players and they must be constantly training and whistle in different competitions so that they do not get away from their good conditions.
This year’s Premier League should not have been long

Even now, I don’t think there will be any change in the duration of the league because the schedule is closed.

Regarding the new options for the head coach of the national volleyball team, Mohammad Kazem said: The truth is that I don’t know what options have been considered for leading the national team, because the options change every time. Regarding the famous Saeed Marouf, I think the federation officials mentioned his name to make a publicity show and maneuver. Has the head coach of Germany previously had a coaching experience that brought this team to the Olympics after several years?
They thought Alceno had a magic stick
He continued: Saeed Maarouf is well known in the volleyball world, while no one knew the head coach of Germany. Therefore, in my opinion, bringing up the famous Saeed name is a publicity “show”. Alceno, which is now one of the options, previously worked with Iran’s national volleyball team. Before the Tokyo Olympics, he joined Iran’s national volleyball team and everyone thought he had a magic stick and that we would advance in the Olympics, but that didn’t happen.
Italian coaches care about Iranian volleyball
Mohammad Kazem pointed to other options for the Iranian national volleyball team and said: Piazza has been leading the Dutch national team for several years, and I don’t know exactly when his contract with this team will end. In my opinion, apart from Saeed Marouf, the leadership of the national team should be entrusted to Italian coaches, but not a coach like Piazza. I think our volleyball needs a higher level coach. We should not deceive ourselves, the fact is that our volleyball conditions have become such that we have to start from the basic level.
He said: Volleyball has gone backwards and someone like Velasco, who was the architect of Iranian volleyball, needs to change the situation. I don’t think this issue is the work of the Russian coaches. Italy is very strong in the basic level and can change the conditions for Iranian volleyball.
