In another part of his speech, the CEO of Mellat Insurance, emphasizing the issue of introducing suitable products and providing worthy services in Mellat Insurance, added:
I believe that with the leading programs to increase the insurance penetration rate, strong and long steps will be taken, and on the other hand, the presence of experienced people in the country is a very sensitive and vital issue that is considered by the company’s management.
He also emphasized on maintaining and promoting services as the most important form of trust building: the requirement for this continuity and durability is to have up-to-date and trained personnel and to serve the nation.
He considered the issue of education very important and its role along with other influential factors.
In the end, Qasempour pointed out: “We must all work together with a good and jihadist spirit to introduce new products that are of concern to all of us, and this is possible, and we must be serious in discussing the design of new products and introducing them.”
