In the name of God, I am Masoud Sabbaghi, born in 1368, a software graduate and the founder of Webzai.

Before starting Webazi, I worked on various website design projects as a freelancer. The result of the experiences I gained in the field of website design led to the creation of a website. Webzy is a site builder that allows you to design a site with the look you want.

Why Webz?

To design a website, the appearance of the website must first be designed by a designer in a graphic software and then implemented by a programmer. Also, customers are always looking for this so that they can make any changes themselves without the need of a programmer. for this reason Startup idea Webzai came to my mind and after researching about this topic, I came to foreign examples in this field. For validation, I asked some designers to work with foreign samples and give me feedback, and all the feedbacks were positive.

Webzi audience?

A major part of the web audience are graphic designers and advertising companies. This is because Webzy has provided a platform where advertising companies and designers can deliver a high-quality and excellent-looking site to their customers in the shortest possible time without the need for specialist staff. Another part of Webzy’s audience are business owners who, due to the simplicity of working with Webzy, were able to easily set up a site for their own company or shop and thus get more profit.

The web team?

In the product production stage, I was the only one, but after the launch of the program, we gradually expanded the team. The first person who joined the team is Khanum Tajik, who has played an important role in the growth of Webzai and is also considered the founder of Webzai. Currently, there are five of us, in addition to me, two people work in the support department and two people work in the sales department.

Alpha version?

In total, five years were spent for analysis, research and implementation. Of course, from the beginning I offered a complete product and with one mvp I didn’t start. I made this decision because there are competitors like WordPress in the current market, which a minimum product naturally could not compete with.

Entering the market?

We started our own ads with Google Ads, but we are reducing Ads ads and we are focusing fully on SEO. Most of our customers were introduced to us by our other customers.

Yes. Website builder is a very competitive market. Iranian site builders and foreign open source site builders like WordPress are our competitors, but Webzy has three main advantages:

You can easily add new text, photos, galleries, etc. to your site and customize the appearance of each section according to your own taste. Webazi is exactly like Photoshop, but much simpler. Webzy has many users who had no experience with the site, domain, etc. before Webzy and created a great site for themselves with Webzy.

Simple user experience: Working with Webazi is very simple. Most of the web users prepare the entire site easily without asking support questions. Also, the web user experience makes your work easier. For example, when entering the price, the numbers are separated with a comma.

High speed: Sites built with Webzy are much faster than other sites. The reason for this is that most of the web is written in C, which is a middle-level language.

Feedback?

Fortunately, users were satisfied with the website so far, but we always had feedback to increase the features. No correction, but the web features have always been improved. Webazi provides a new update almost every week according to the feedback received.

Capital attraction and acceleration?

The website was launched with personal capital, but fortunately, we managed to generate income from the very beginning and we had no problem in meeting our expenses.
