What happened in the meeting between the CEO of Persepolis and the head of the privatization organization?


According to Fars news agency, Reza Darwish, CEO of Persepolis Club, had a meeting with the head of the Privatization Organization today (Tuesday). During this meeting, a financial report on the implementation of the approvals of that organization and the state of financial resources resulting from the process of transferring shares was also presented. Following the meeting held in Kish, Hossein Gurbanzadeh had a meeting with Reza Darvish today.

Due to the fact that the transfer of shares of Persepolis Club started in the winter of 1400, in order to protect the interests of the shareholders, tasks were created for the club, including the implementation of the approvals of the privatization organization, as well as how to spend and use the club’s financial resources. He referred to the increase of capital and the sale of shares. During this time, Persepolis club has tried to adhere to these issues despite facing various problems.

On the sidelines of the Stock Exchange, Bank, Insurance and Privatization Exhibition that was held in Kish last week, the head of the Privatization Organization confirmed Persepolis’ adherence to the implementation of the resolutions in a meeting with the CEO of the club. In the same meeting, it was decided that the Persepolis club will submit a report on the continuation of its activities in the financial sector to the privatization organization and also present its requests and suggestions for the project in the expenditure committee.

Today (Tuesday), Reza Darvish went to the privatization organization with a number of deputies and managers in order to implement and follow up on these matters. He also presented the company’s financial report during the meeting and conversation with Ghorbanzadeh.
