Why is there a buying and selling queue on the Iranian stock exchange?

The head of the judiciary regarding the display of buying and selling queues in the stock exchange stated: Despite the fact that the buying and selling queues are not displayed in conventional stock exchanges around the world, why is the buying and selling queue displayed in the Iranian stock exchange?
