According to Tasnim news agency, in the continuation of the eighth week of the Qatar Stars League this evening (Friday), the Al-Shamal team, which uses Omid Ebrahimi in its main lineup, managed to defeat Al-Ahly Doha with a result of 2-1. This was the first victory of Shamal in the current season of the Qatar Stars League.
Mehdi Salem (37) and Ricardo Gomes (57) scored for Shamal in this match, which was held at the Hamad Bin Khalifa Stadium in Doha. The only goal of Al-Ahli was recorded by Naeem Seliti in the 45+3 minute.
With this victory, Al-Shamal gained six points and placed in the ninth place in the 12-team table of the Qatar Stars League.
