The document on the fundamental transformation of education was finally approved by the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution in December 2010 and this document is organized in 8 chapters.
In the first chapter of the fundamental transformation document, which is named as “Generalities”, key terms and words used in the document have been discussed and defined, such as “Hayat Tayyaba”, “Perspective”, and “Dori System”. In the second chapter, which is named under the statement of values, after stating the value sources of the document, 30 value propositions that are the focus of the education system are mentioned. Among the most important of these propositions, we can mention 1- the teachings of the Holy Quran, 2- the teachings of Mahdism and waiting, 3- the theoretical and practical legacy of Imam Khomeini (RA), etc.
The third chapter is named as “Mission Statement”, in this part it is pointed out that the educational institution has a mission to emphasize on the basic competencies, the field of achievement of the students in the ages. compulsory education During the 12 grades of education, to provide levels of good life in individual, family, social and even global dimensions in a coherent and systematic, universal, fair and mandatory manner in an efficient and effective structure.
The fourth chapter, which is named under the title “Perspective”; It deals with the characteristics of public official education system in the horizon of 1404.
The fifth chapter is named as “major goals”, which in total refers to the following 8 major goals: 1- Education of a committed human being 2- Improving the role of the education system 3- Expanding educational justice 4- Establishing an efficient human management system 5- Increasing public participation 6- Improvement in the program system tiny Educational 7- Increasing efficiency in the system my birth and education 8- obtaining the first educational position in the region and the Islamic world
The sixth chapter is named under the title “macro strategies” and in this chapter, a total of 15 macro strategies are mentioned, and it is also discussed which of the macro goals that each of these macro strategies are related to in the previous chapter. i.e. the fifth chapter) it is mentioned that it is corresponding and related.
