“Poor Lisa” boosted the festival

The last day of the 41st Fajr Theater Festival was spent with the audience welcoming the show “Poor Lisa” by Russia.

Charso Press: The play “Poor Lisa” which is a musical work, with a folklore and romantic story, was staged on Monday, 10th of Bahman, at 17:00 and 20:00 at Vahdat Hall, and it was one of the few works of the festival that had a brochure and the audience could get information before the performance. Get work from the story and see the names of the executive team.

For this performance, almost the entire capacity of Vahdat Hall and its balconies were filled. Apparently, most of the audience of this show were theatergoers, and the interesting thing to note is that unlike many festival shows, no children were seen in the theater. The show “Poor Liza” was hosted in the second performance by Seyed Javad Taheri, the manager of the city theater complex, Asghar Khalili, the director present at the festival, and a group of Russian guests.

Although the subtitles of this show, like all the shows in the international section, were sometimes disturbed, but the explanation of the brochure, the simplicity of the story and the good acting of the actors of the show, who all mastered reading, made the Iranian audience connect with the work well and for hours of Enjoy watching this show.

“Homeless” show from Brazil

On the same day, the main hall of the city theater complex hosted the show “Homeless” from Brazil. This play was about war and immigration, which was staged in the form of a few monologues. The word-oriented nature of this play and the great disturbance in its subtitles made it difficult to communicate with it. Although most of the seats in the main hall were filled for this performance, not all the audience stayed in the hall until the end of the performance and some of them left the hall in the middle of the performance.

Chaharso Hall was also welcomed by the audience who came to the festival to watch the play “My dreams reach you” written and performed by Ehsan Janmi. This play was staged as a work from Isfahan and its story was set in the Qajar era.

The presence of a large number of spectators, some of whom were sitting on the floor, and the fact that most of them did not have masks on their faces, and taking into account the condition of the hall’s ventilation, was a point to consider.
