What does Cis Ni Ni mean and what services does it offer?
Cis Ni Ni started its official activity in the beginning of 1999; Cis means liveliness, agility, and Ni Ni is the equivalent of the colloquial word “toddler,” which we were able to get at .com and .ir when we launched the domain; When we selected this area in Corona, we found that there is no parent-child super-application that can meet the different needs of parents and children. Parents and close relatives had to go to various websites and applications to meet their needs; So we decided to save time and money by launching this site and launched Cis Ni Ni. Cis Ni Ni provides the knowledge and articles that parents need to know from pre-pregnancy to adolescence. In Cis Ni Ni a number Instructional videos There are over 15 videos with these Doctor، Psychologist, Expert, specialist and midwife collaborated and produced content. There is an ad and sales section where parents can get the goods they want. In the games and entertainment section of the application, with the help of experts, we created educational and entertaining games for children; From lullabies, stories, cartoons to teaching the English and Persian alphabets, as well as the names of fruits, the names of objects, etc., there is another section called “Children’s drawing analysis” where parents can send us their children’s drawings and its psychologists. Who are the main team?
I am the servant of the founder of Cis Ni Ni; Unfortunately, the lack of human resources is one of the two weaknesses of Cis Ni Ni, the second weakness is “propaganda”; This is due to the limited budget, because at the moment the work is done at personal expense. The Cincinnati team once consisted of 11 people, but the Pandemic Quid 19, followed by the closure of many events and exhibitions, led to the loss of the Cincinnati b2b market, and the budget became more and more limited. We lost contact with our loved ones until we reached the current Cis Nini team, which consists of 5 people.
What specialties does this 5-member team include?
My specialty as CEO and with 10 years of successful sales and marketing experience Startup Is business management; Cis Ni Ni has a financial manager (who specializes in taxation), a sales manager, a programmer and a graphic designer. Didn’t you get help from a support group or institution?
By no means; Of course, we owe many of our scientific advances to the Azadi Innovation Factory complex, especially their management team. The park has also provided us with a good atmosphere, but so far we have not been a member of the accelerator and have not received any financial support.
Do you intend to raise capital?
Up to a percentage yes; So far, we have had meetings with venture capitalists, but unfortunately we did not reach a conclusion and the meetings are still open.
Since Cis Ni Ni solves many of the parental challenges, did you intend to offer the services together from the beginning, or were the services added after meeting the challenges?
Cis Ni Ni initially started with three divisions, and our point of contact with other businesses was the multiplicity of divisions so that we could meet the various needs of parents; We started with 3 sections, but the rest of the sections were set up according to the feedback we received, especially from parents, and then we did the programming and research.
How many users does Cis Ni Ni currently have?
Without the slightest ad, the website visitors exceeded 190,000 unique people; More than 380,000 pages flipped through the website; The application, with only 2,500 installations, has been flipped 103,000 times; In more than 250 keywords, we are the first page of Google; We also got 3 honors in the first year of presence.

We got better feedback from the website because of the focus on SEO, but the only difference between the website and the Cis Ni Ni app is in the “room EntertainmentIs an application; All content is the same, but there are 4 games for parents and teens on the website because we believe that laptops and computers are not in the hands of children and they often hold mobile phones and tablets in their hands; The app has an “entertainment room” that has very attractive content and they can use the app more easily, but in general the services in the app and the website are the same.
Have you provided services to specific centers such as kindergartens?
We decided to cooperate with kindergartens during 2 projects, but for example, out of 2500 kindergartens in Tehran, only 6 kindergartens were open and the rest of the kindergartens were closed due to Corona, so the market is not the previous market of Corona and this issue has many blows to gain. And things worked out and closed the way for us to generate revenue and service.
What are your marketing plans?
Cis Ni Ni marketing can be done in person to get the ad, in the beginning we had in-person sales experts who unfortunately broke up due to budget constraints. Another program in this regard is “SEO”; Unfortunately, we do not have the advertising budget now and in the field of advertising, we face a shortage of human resources, but there are many ways to do this, for example, sponsors can do it by phone, SMS panel or get a report. Give or even sell in person; But unfortunately all these ways have been abolished.
Apart from advertising and human resources, what other challenges did you face along the way?
Starting a business and entrepreneurship in Iran is a challenge; In many cases, not only is there no support, but there are also stone-throwing, while given the budgets that the authorities have and where it should not be spent, they can help the young people who enter this ecosystem with a thousand hopes. Support a little; Because there are so many ideas that young people do not even dare to go for.
Most health startups are involved in regulation and licensing; Did you face this challenge too?
No; Of course, it took a while to get business licenses, but I never got in the way; Because everything in our business was clear.
What licenses did you receive?
We received the permissions of Inmad, the Ministry of Culture and Guidance, and everything needed to gain the user’s trust.
What are your product development plans?
Fortunately, this area is so attractive and vast that there is no end to its services. We also have many plans to develop it, but unfortunately our hands are currently closed for these plans. Especially since online users have recently increased in this area and people are less inclined to be physically present in the hospital; Therefore, we are going to add many parts, but at present, even the existing parts are not progressing as fast as before.

My advice to people is not to enter the entrepreneurial space if they do not have a lot of money. Sometimes even an accelerator can help you for a very small amount of money for a few months, but then they have to think about what would happen without the help of the collection?
