The results of a new poll by the Iranian Student Opinion Poll Center show that only 1.8% of Iranian users use domestic social networks such as Soroush.

Whatsapp

Only 3.1 percent of people who use at least one social network said they do not log in to WhatsApp at all, but 44.8 percent use it regularly throughout the day. 40.6% use WhatsApp once or more a day, 9.2% once or more a week, and 2.3% a month or more with WhatsApp.

Instagram

About 27.1% of users use Instagram regularly during the day. 39.3% enter it once or more a day, 12.4% once or several times a week, and 2.7% fish once or more. 18.5% of users do not use this social network at all.

Telegram

About 35.6% of social media users do not use Telegram at all, but 12.9% regularly during the day, 27.3% once or more a day, 17.9% once or several times a week, and 6.3% of fish visit Telegram one or more times

Low reception of users of internal social networks

About 48.4% of the people surveyed use only foreign social networks such as Telegram and Instagram. On the other hand, only 1.8% of these people stated that they use only internal social networks such as Soroush. About 22.8% of these people said they use both domestic and foreign social media. 27% are not currently present on any of the domestic or foreign social media.

According to the survey, 18 to 29 year olds are more likely to be on social media alone than other age groups. About 50.5 percent of those aged 18 to 29, 49.4 percent of those aged 30 to 49, and 44.4 percent of those aged 50 and over said they only access foreign social networks.
