$ 10 increase in wheat prices in world markets / price growth continues


According to Fars News Agency’s International Economics Group, today in world markets, the price of each bushel of wheat increased by more than $ 10 and was sold at $ 1,200.

Rising commodity prices have risen sharply since the start of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, with wheat alone rising more than 53 percent. Other goods are increasing day by day.

Soybean prices rose $ 5.25 today, with each bushel trading at $ 1,692, oil soybeans were up 1.2 percent and canola oil was up more than $ 3.

According to the report from the world markets, the prices of livestock also increased today, the price of live cattle increased to $ 1.43 and the price of livestock to 1.7 GEL.

Food security plays the most important role in world political relations today, so countries pursue two major policies in this regard: first, to increase self-sufficiency and self-reliance on basic products, and second, to increase stocks of basic goods as much as possible. China has done the most important work in this field and has stored half of the world’s exported wheat.
