100,000 residential units will be delivered to the people – Tejarat News
According to Tejarat News, Mehrdad Bazarpash announced in a message on the eve of the government week of 1402: 100,000 residential units (urban and rural and dilapidated structures) will be handed over to the people of Iran during the government week.
According to this report, the residential units that have been started and are being built in the form of the National Housing Movement Plan in the 13th government are a total of 1 million 476 thousand 991 units, which include 123 thousand 972 units in the form of renovation of dilapidated structures, 124 thousand 154 units in Under construction for the provision of housing for armed forces personnel, 119 thousand 579 units of residential unit capacity are contracted to pay housing construction facilities to people who own land (self-owners) and 295 thousand 319 units of residential units are under construction for the renovation of rural housing.
Also, the residential unit capacity of government lands assigned individually and in groups to eligible applicants in the form of 99-year leases is equivalent to 226,573 residential units and residential units under construction for qualified applicants in the form of accumulation on 99-year government leased lands. It is equivalent to 587 thousand 394 units.
