118 projects were introduced to the Omid Entrepreneurship Fund of North Khorasan

In an interview with IRNA on Sunday, Ramazan Hafezi said: “Most of these production and employment projects are in the fields of flowers and plants, clothing, tourism, animal husbandry, agriculture and academics, which will create jobs for 500 people by receiving facilities.”
He added: “So far, four of these projects have received the required facilities and the rest will be paid in the coming months.”
Hafizi stated: The mission of the North Khorasan Entrepreneurship Fund this year is to support small and micro rural projects and knowledge-based projects, and by using the financial capacities of Note 18 of the Budget Law and concluding a memorandum with the executive bodies, seeks to reduce poverty and create productive employment in the province.
He added: This fund with the Imam Relief Committee, Welfare Organization, Agricultural Jihad, Handicrafts and Cultural Heritage, General Directorate of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, General Directorate of Communications and Information Technology, Technical and Vocational Organization and General Directorate of Culture And the Islamic Guidance of the province has signed memoranda of understanding to pay for the facilities.
According to Note 18 of the Budget Law, with the aim of implementing a broad and productive employment program with emphasis on youth, university graduates, women and supportive employment, the government is allowed to transfer 100% of the resources from the difference in energy carrier prices to a special account with the Treasury. The whole country should deposit and receive the obtained resources in the form of managed funds and interest subsidies and combination with the resources of the National Development Fund and banking facilities to support production, employment and education projects and help internships for university-educated youth.
In this year’s budget bill, the total development budget of North Khorasan has been approved at about 930 billion Tomans, and according to statistics, the amount of the province’s development credit in this year’s budget bill (1400) compared to last year (99) shows about 16 percent increase. A total of 129 billion tomans was added to the development budget of the province in 1400.
North Khorasan has a population of 863 thousand people, 44% of whom are rural, and the highest employment in the province is related to agriculture.
