He added: “According to the existing laws regarding the registration of valuable movable and immovable cultural and historical works of the country in the list of national monuments and related lists, the Minister of Cultural Heritage has informed Abedin Khoram, the governor of East Azerbaijan, in 12 separate letters.”

According to Moj, in one of the letters of Seyyed Ezatullah Zarghami addressed to Abedin Khoram, Governor of East Azerbaijan, regarding the registration of historical and cultural monuments of Isfahan, it is stated: Article 3 of the Statute of the Cultural Heritage Organization of the country, approved by the Islamic Consultative Assembly in 1988, based on the registration of valuable movable and immovable cultural and historical works of the country in List of national works And the relevant lists, the level of registration of the cultural and historical monument “Vaighan Bath and Mosque” located in East Azarbaijan province, Shabestar city, central part, Vaighan city, Madar square, Bahonar Gharbi street, which after the necessary legal formalities, No. 33456, dated 1400/400 21 registered in the list of national monuments of Iran, will be announced.
It is further mentioned in the letter: The mentioned work is under the protection and supervision of this ministry and any encroachment, development, restoration or reconstruction of the work will be possible only with the approval and supervision of this ministry.
