1401 Housing Tax Details / Which Landlords Should Pay Taxes?

According to Tejarat News, according to the 1401 budget bill, expensive residential units and garden villas will be taxed. According to this bill, residential units and gardens of villas whose price is below 10 billion Tomans are exempt from paying this tax and in other words, it is not considered a luxury residential unit. But residential units above 10 billion tomans are subject to tax.
But what is the tax rate on luxury homes?
According to the proposed text of the 1401 budget bill, houses priced between 10 and 15 billion tomans are subject to a one-tenth percent tax. This means that the owners of these houses must pay 5 million tomans in taxes annually.
Owners of houses whose price is between 15 and 25 billion tomans are subject to a two-tenth percent tax.
Also, according to the bill proposed by the government, the Tax Affairs Organization is obliged to determine the assets subject to this tax by June 1401 at the latest and inform the taxpayers about it.
