150% increase in the price of villas in Mazandaran / In which city has the villa become more expensive?
According to Tejarat News, based on the price of the villa in the requirements of the Divar website, a list of the average purchase price of a villa in some cities of Mazandaran has been obtained along with the monthly and annual price increase.
According to the price of villas in different cities of Mazandaran, the cities of Nowshahr, Tonekabon, Chalous and Ramsar from October 2016 to October 1400 have recorded more than 100% increase in villa prices.
The selling price of villas in Sari has increased by about 34% in the past year and by about 38% in Ghaemshahr.
The average purchase price of a villa in the city of Noor from October 1999 to October 1400 has recorded a price increase of about 46%. Villas in the city of Mohammadshahr have increased by 89% in the past year and in the city of Babolsar by about 94%.
Nowshahr was accompanied by a 106% increase, Tonekabon 108% and Chalous 109% increase in the purchase price of villas in the past year.
Among the cities that registered ads for buying and selling villas on the Divar website, Ramsar has recorded the highest price increase with a 153% increase in the past year.
The average price increase of villas in the cities in the table below is about 86%.
