He continued: The intervention of the government in the form of a support package for tenants not only did not help the tenants, but also inflamed the market, so that by setting a 25% ceiling on the rent increase, it became the cause of the high price in the housing market, and in fact, it gave the owners the opportunity to 25% to make the rent more expensive, while some landlords and owners did not intend to increase the rent up to this limit.

The secretary of the Tehran Association of Real Estate Consultants emphasized: On the other hand, the 25% ceiling increase was not observed, and the government did not guarantee its implementation, and the market was not monitored, so that in some areas we saw a 150% increase in rent, but the tenant could not obey this ban. the government had applied it in a reference, and basically the owner who wanted to increase the rent did not pay attention to this prohibition of increasing the rent by more than 25%.

A 100 million loan is not an answer
