According to the report, farmers who are customers of the Agricultural Bank and have received facilities in the production sector from this bank and have not been able to repay their debts due to a drought last year, are eligible to benefit from this assistance.

The report adds that the branches of Keshavarzi Bank, after introducing the damaged farmers by the Provincial Damage Assessment Council, will help the people covered by this law and determine their debts.
