A look at the details of the inflation report in December shows that housing prices and rents have increased by 2.8 percent in December compared to the previous month. It is interesting to note that housing inflation in the country was about 3.7 in November. Based on this, the country’s monthly inflation has decreased by about one percent in December.
It should be noted that in November, the monthly price inflation of residential apartments in Tehran was 5%. The monthly inflation of November has increased by 5.1 percentage points compared to the same information in the previous month.
Checking the inflation rate of Azar 1401
The inflation rate in December has increased relatively compared to the previous month. The spot inflation rate of December 1401 has increased by 0.4 percentage points compared to the previous month. The monthly inflation rate of Azar 1401 has reached 1.9%, which has decreased by 0.2 percentage points compared to the same information in the previous month. The monthly inflation for the major groups of “food, beverages and tobacco” was 0% and for the major group of “non-food goods and services” was 3.3%.
Meanwhile, the monthly inflation rate for urban and rural households is 2.1% and 1.2%, respectively, which is unchanged compared to the previous month for urban households and has decreased by 0.9 percentage points for rural households.
