According to the Mehr news agency, quoting Variety, 2 actors of the “Favorite” series of Netflix died in a car accident and 4 production agents were injured.

The two actors were in a van when they had an accident. 2 other actors and 4 production agents were also injured in this incident.

Raymondo Gardono Cruz and Juan Francisco Gonzalez Aguilar are two actors who died in the accident due to fatal injuries.

While it was not confirmed that the incident took place at the production stage, it is said that the actors were being transported from Santa Rosalia to a local airport in Mexico.

The series was under production at the Redrum film company, and the company has now stopped production. It is not clear what effect this incident will have on the continuation of the production process.

Local media reported that the accident took place in desert areas on Thursday and the van overturned after it went off the road.

The series “Chosen” is about a 12-year-old boy who realizes that Jesus Christ has returned to save humanity with the power of the Bible. The series is written with English and Spanish dialogues and is based on the illustrated book “The American Christ” by Mark Millar. Filming for the series began in April.

The Daily Beast also reported that friends and colleagues of the victims of the accident were highly critical of Netflix and the show’s independent producer, and stated that they intended to sue because the transportation and logistics of the show were extremely poor.

Netflix has declined to comment.
