2,450 billion tomans of renovation facilities were paid in the worn-out area

According to the Iran Economist, quoting the news site of Maskan-Hibna Bank, Mahmoud Shayan, CEO of Maskan Bank, regarding the amount of credit and facilities allocated to the worn-out structure, stated: They received 26,733 units of facilities.
Shayan estimated the amount of the contract concluded at 2,450 billion tomans for housing renovation facilities in a dilapidated area.
It is worth mentioning that according to the latest statistics, more than 160,000 hectares of urban area are now worn-out structures, informal settlements and historical structures that can be targeted for urban regeneration. Also, according to studies, there are more than 2.5 million unstable units in the country that need to be renovated and improved and is in the program of Iran Urban Reconstruction Company for renovation.
