2,500 Tehrani families got free land – Tejaratnews
According to Tejarat News, today, in the presence of Mehrdad Bazarpash, Minister of Roads and Urban Development, and on the eve of the birthday of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), 2,500 families eligible for the National Housing Movement Plan were handed over in Tehran province.
Free land allotment details
According to this program, 800 households in Pishwa, 725 households in Islamshahr and Rabat Karim, 400 households in Firuzkoh, 300 households in Pakdasht, 240 households in Parand and 35 households in Damavand became land owners.
The process of allocating these lands is based on the value of the plots. In this way, some parts are given to one family, two families or three families.
The size of the land is between 200 and 400 meters. The eligible people are the families that were registered and refined in the housing support scheme system. The contracts have also been prepared and awarded to the applicants today in the presence of the Minister of Roads and Urban Development in the campaign plan of the Prophet of Mercy (PBUH).
This assignment of free land is repeated in different seasons of the year. Families with 4, 5, 6, and 7 children are preferred for this piece of land. Of course, families with three children are sometimes included in this list of 2,500 people, but priority is given to families with four or more children.
The pitches are free and only those with three children are charged a preparation fee. Families with four children or more are exempted from land preparation fees.
According to this report, in line with the plan to support the youth of the population, free land has been considered for families with three or more children. Applicants with three or more children, whose third child or more were born from 24 Aban 1400 onwards, should refer to the saman.mrud.ir system to register for land and housing facilities. Mehrdad Bazarpash, Minister of Roads and Urban Development, recently announced that 500,000 plots of land will be handed over to people throughout the country by the end of the year. In the coming days, on the occasion of the Prophet’s birthday, 20,000 plots of land will be given to families with three or more children.
