In the budget bill of 1402, the budget of three subsidiary companies of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, which are responsible for the implementation of residential and construction projects, is set at a total of two thousand 279 billion tomans, which includes about 7.3% of the total budget of this ministry.
31,700,696,800,000 Tomans have been allocated for all the executive bodies under the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, which includes the budget of 17 executive bodies.
Donating houses to families with quadruplets
It is also mentioned in Note 11 of this budget that the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development must allocate a piece of land or a residential unit free of charge to families with quadruplets or more under the terms of Article 4 of the Family Protection Law.

This tax is the responsibility of the person who is the owner of the residential units and gardens of the mentioned villas at the beginning of each year.
