3 days until the online release of “Resurrection” + movie

According to the Fars News Agency cinema reporter, after 8 years that have passed since the screening of the movie “Resurrection” in the 32nd Fajr Film Festival, this movie is finally scheduled to be released to the public.

“Resurrection”, of course, was screened in the country’s cinemas earlier and in the summer of 2015, but was immediately criticized by some imitation authorities and removed from the screens of cinemas. These criticisms were to show the face of Hazrat Abbas (AS) in this film.

In his latest film, Ahmad Reza Darvish did not go under the burden of correcting the film and covering the face of Hazrat Abbas (AS) with light, so that this film, with 8 Crystal Simorghs from the Fajr Festival, would not have the opportunity to be shown to the public. A film that cost a lot to make and 30% of the 40% of its private sector shares belong to non-Iranian investors.

The original version of “Resurrection” was met with criticism, but after that, another version of the film was compiled that did not have many of the shortcomings of the original version. Fortunately, the second version, like the first version, was not smuggled and did not reach the Internet.

Now, nine years after the production of “Resurrection” – a film that took a decade to produce – this work is scheduled to be released online through the Halal Channel website at https://www.halalchanel.com. This screening coincides with the fourth of Sha’ban, the auspicious birthday of Hazrat Abbas (AS).

Details about the ticket price for this film have not been announced yet, but considering the duration of the film and its large production, it is predicted to be more than other online screens.
