30 billion tomans support of Mehrabaniha Bank to women heads of households

According to the financial news report, quoted from the public relations and customer affairs of Qarz-ul-Hosna Mehr Bank of Iran, in line with the recommendations of the Supreme Leader (Mad Zala-ul-Ali) and in line with the vision document of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the horizon of 1404, the document on the transformation of the people’s government and macro-policies in the field of women and The family and the social responsibility of the bank regarding the support of the deprived classes and the socially disadvantaged, with the approach of empowering and improving the economic status of women, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Presidential Office of Women and Family Affairs and Qarzul Hosneh Mehr Bank of Iran.
In the framework of this memorandum, which was signed by Dr. Ansieh Khazali, the Vice President for Women and Family Affairs, and Dr. Seyed Saeed Shamsi-nejad, the CEO of Qarzul-Hosneh Mehr Bank of Iran, the bank has a total of 30 billion Tomans from the resources of Hamiyaran Mehr Project in the form of Qarz-ul-Hosneh Loan. The nominees of the Vice President of Women and Family Affairs are appointed by the President.
This facility is paid for assisting in meeting the essential needs and empowering women heads of households and abusive heads, jobseekers, entrepreneurs and setting up and developing home businesses from the bank’s surplus resources based on the benevolent deposits of customers in the Hamiyaran Mehr scheme.
The individual ceiling of the facility is 300 million Rials with a maximum repayment period of 36 months and a 4% fee. For special cases, up to 500 million Rials can be paid.
Hamiyaran Mehr project is one of the bank’s actions in the field of social responsibility; In such a way that the applicants to participate in this plan deposit their sums in the framework of the peace agreement to an account with Qarz-ul-Hosneh Mehr Bank of Iran and the bank will pay the loan facilities to the needy.
Qarz-ul-Hasneh Mehr Bank of Iran has already signed another memorandum of understanding with the Presidential Office of Women and Family Affairs, within the framework of which it will pay loans to couples in the 60s living in the village.
