Stating that there are eight million tenants in the country, he said: So far, more than 64,000 rental contracts have been registered in the real estate system, of which 23,139 contracts have been finalized and concluded.
Moheli said: Owners will not be subject to the empty house tax by registering their properties in the National Real Estate System. By registering tenants in the National Real Estate Records System in the lease section, traders cannot interfere in the rent of a person in the coming years.
