According to the economic correspondent of Fars news agency, according to note 14 of the budget bill of 1402 of the whole country, in the targeting of subsidies section, all the receipts of the Targeting of Subsidies Law, except for municipal and rural taxes, amounting to 659 thousand 842 billion tomans by the subsidiary companies of the Ministry of Oil for receipts from sales domestic petroleum products, receipts from the export sales of petroleum products and domestic sales of natural gas, including duties and value added tax, and receipts from the amendment of petrochemical feed rates up to 70,000 Rials per cubic meter and adding 10 percent to the fuel price Petrochemical feed industries are deposited into the account of Subsidies Targeting Organization. Also, the Subsidy Targeting Organization is obliged to take the following actions regarding the use of subsidy resources.

1. The amount of 69 thousand billion tomans for drug subsidies, the amount of 315 thousand billion tomans for cash and livelihood subsidies, the amount of 45 thousand billion tomans for the pension of households covered by the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee (RA) and the welfare organization, the amount of 56 thousand billion tomans for bread subsidies 126 thousand 313 billion tomans for the cost of production, transmission, distribution and sale of electricity and repayment of obligations, 48 ​​thousand 529 billion tomans for duties and value added tax on oil and natural gas products and obligations are considered.

Also, the resources resulting from the correction of the price of gasoline compared to the price before rationing in 1998 are not subject to duties and value added tax and the 14.5% share of the National Iranian Oil Company.
